Small Business Owner
I have over 30 years experience in real world business in entrepreneurial ventures. I owned a small business with real problems that had to be dealt with on a daily basis. I dealt with problems of making payroll, developing sales, dealing with banks, equipment and employee issues and all of the other issues that plague small business owners. I can apply that problem solving to personal issues that my clients face.
Real Estate Investments
I have also been a successful real estate investor. For the past 30 years I have owned residential properties, large commercial properties and resort properties which have exposed me to a varied and long list of experiences in real estate investing. I have owned and still own investment properties that I currently manage and make money from. I can apply this knowledge to help my clients in these areas as well.
Financial Coaching
For the past 5 years I have gained the knowledge of helping others to make financial decisions regarding their insurance, investments and real estate. I have found my soul purpose in life by coaching others and sharing my knowledge in these areas of investing. I use the "Principles of Prosperity" and my years of experience to educate and help my clients develop the habits they need to succeed in life and investment planning.

Our mainstream society today does not provide formal or adequate financial education to prepare for your financial future. Instead you are bombarded with offers to get rich quick and do it yourself strategies. The indoctrination of micro-economic thinking gets most investors bogged down with things like average returns, short term objectives and other minutia which is a micro economic focus.
My goals for you are educating you to “catch up” on what you may have missed in learning proper prosperity principles. For most people that means coaching to achieve peace of mind, by using a macro - economic or holistic view of thinking with more certainty of cash flow.
My vision is to change this country's financial thinking by exposing as many people to this way of thinking as possible. I know that if enough people learn this method of running their lives that they will have better habits with their money and become more personally successful with their finances and financial future. ≈

My mission is to help you create more wealth than you can spend in a lifetime. You learn the principles of prosperity and move from a life of scarcity thinking to one of abundance. A financial plan is not a static document that is fixed forever. Life changes quite a bit as time marches on, and a sound strategy has to address cash flow as your life changes.
